Fall 2020 Story Updates

Fall, with its refreshing crispness, has arrived! Here are my plans for this season.

Balance: I’m still working on revisions for this series. Book 1, Sooner Than Now, is where Kouta takes center stage. Book 2, Only Time Will Tell, makes Renzo the priority.

The Architect’s Guardian: Revising Awakening, Book 1 of this series, is toward the top of my list.

The Agitator’s Code: The first book in this series, Vaironian Tides, is available! Purchase an ebook or paperback at these retailers. My next goal is writing the sequel, Ledani Moons. Publishing it in late 2021 is a strong possibility!

Series Spotlight: The Architect’s Guardian

Wings

The Architect’s Guardian, my fantasy/sci-fi, m/m romance series, will have three books. Izdahl Amasi and Armando Medina are the main characters.

The first book is Awakening. Izdahl and Armando must navigate the challenges of starting a relationship, given Armando’s traumatic past.

The following books will cover Armando and Izdahl strengthening their relationship and Armando learning the truth about what happened to his parents.

I’ve had Izdahl and Armando’s stories simmering for years. I’m so excited about them!

Vaironian Tides Is Available Now!

Darion Navarr savors a challenge. As a Negotiator for the Vaironian Government, he matches wits against Tolrek Marou, the nation’s most notorious rebel.

Tolrek Marou, an ace mecha pilot, jeopardizes his prominent military career. When he and his fellow pilots are blamed for the loss of a recent war, he leads a rebellion.

Tolrek ultimately surrenders to the government, but Darion suspects Tolrek has hidden motives. Even as Tolrek’s taken into custody, he’s focused on finding out why he remains important to Vaironia. Once he gets his answers, he plans on taking full advantage of the situation. His largest obstacle is Darion, who Tolrek believes understands him too well.

Both Darion and Tolrek are intelligent and stubborn, pushing each other mentally and physically. Negotiations, small and large, will impact their relationship. With the many stakes involved, who’s winning and what does winning mean?

Content Warning: light BDSM, fights, discussions about rebellion/protesters imprisoned and PTSD, injury to characters, and deaths of minor characters.

Summer 2020 Story Updates

Small waterfall surrounded by grass and trees.

Summer has arrived! Here are my plans for this season.

Balance: I’m about halfway through revisions for the first story of this series. Book 1 focuses on Kouta. I plan to have Book 2 as a spotlight on Renzo.

The Architect’s Guardian: My revisions to create Awakening, Book 1 of this series, are going smoothly. Many of the events in my earlier draft will end up going into Book 2, which I’ve tentatively titled Retribution. I may write a third book, to wrap up the series.

The Agitator’s Code, Vaironian Tides: It’s almost July, which means Vaironian Tides will soon be available! Purchase an ebook or paperback at these retailers.

Spring 2020 Story Updates

Four pink water lilies, with two in full bloom.

Spring is upon us, which means renewed energy! Here are my plans for this season.

Balance: I’ll continue to revise this. I’m splitting it into two books, with the second novel being from Renzo’s perspective.

The Architect’s Guardian: The full tale for Izdahl and Armando is shaping up nicely. It was helpful to let their story rest for a while, so ideas could bloom.

The Agitator’s Code, Vaironian Tides: I’m fine-tuning this story, for publication this July! In January I did a cover reveal and in the coming months, I’ll share more details.

Winter 2019 Story Updates

Yellowstone National Park in winter, with a lake, mountains and trees covered in snow.

Winter of 2019 is already here! Well, regardless of the weather, I’m working on my stories. Here are my plans:

Balance: I’m steadily revising this. I want Kouta and Renzo to have a richer tale.

The Architect’s Guardian: I have more ideas for Armando and Izdahl. I’m looking forward to the next steps.

Vaironian Tides: I’ll be putting the final touches on the first story for Darion and Tolrek. I’m publishing this in Summer 2020! Stay tuned for a cover reveal and other news.

Happy Dragon Age Day!

It’s Dragon Age Day! When I’m not writing, one of the ways I relax is by playing video games. BioWare’s Dragon Age Series has become a favorite of mine. It has such rich lore that pulls you into the complicated realm of Thedas.

Since the first game was released in 2009, the series has grown in popularity. December 4th became the day for fans to celebrate these incredible role-playing games.

I’ve enjoyed the three releases, with “Dragon Age: Inquisition” being the most engaging for me. Why? It has my favorite romance options! Cullen Stanton Rutherford and Solas drew my attention the most. By the way, Solas stomped all over my Inquisitor’s heart. LOLSOB!

I look forward to the next game in the series. In the meantime, here’s one of my characters, Zahra Lavellan. She’s handling business, by kicking this clown out the window!

Zahra Lavellan, my elven Inquisitor
